Terms of Use

1. About these terms

These Terms govern your use of ERO-STORITOP (the “Service”), available at ero-storitop.com. By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

2. Adults only

The Service contains sexually explicit content and is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that viewing adult content is legal where you live. We may restrict access if we have reason to believe these conditions are not met.

3. What the Service offers

• AI story generation in two modes: Normal (free, with daily limits) and Advanced (uses GEM);
• chat with AI characters, including character photos;
• creating your own AI characters;
• audio narration of stories, where available;
• subscriptions and GEM packages that remove limits and unlock paid features.

4. Your account

Some features require an account. You can sign up with an email address or with Google. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms or show signs of abuse.

5. Content rules

All characters and stories must involve adults only. It is strictly prohibited to request or create content that involves minors or any hint of a minor, non-consensual acts, real people without their consent, or anything illegal. Requests that break these rules are refused, and repeated attempts may lead to account suspension. We may remove any content that breaks these rules without notice.

6. AI-generated content

Stories, chat replies, images and audio are generated by AI and provided “as is”. They are fiction. We do not guarantee that generated content is unique, accurate or meets your expectations. You are responsible for how you use what you generate.

7. GEM, subscriptions and payment

• GEM is the in-service currency used for photos, Advanced mode, audio and other paid actions. GEM has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Subscriptions remove daily limits for the period shown at purchase and may include bonus GEM. They do not renew automatically.
• Current prices are always shown on the Pricing page.
• In the English version, payment is accepted in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20). Please send the exact amount to the address shown at checkout, using the TRC20 network only; payments sent over another network cannot be credited.
• A purchase is completed once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain; GEM or the subscription are then credited automatically.

8. Refunds

Because GEM and subscriptions are digital goods delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. If a payment was credited incorrectly or a paid action failed, contact us and we will review it. Failed AI generations that used GEM are refunded to your balance automatically.

9. Availability

We work to keep the Service available, but it may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. We may change, add or remove features over time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use or unavailability.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page, and continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.

12. Contact
