Privacy Policy

What data we collect, why we need it, and how to delete it.

1. Who the site is for

ERO-STORITOP is an adults-only service. You must be 18+ to use it. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

2. What data we receive

  • Without registration: only technical data — IP address, browser and device type, session cookies. You can generate stories and chat with characters without giving your name or email.
  • During registration: email address (or login data from a third-party service if you choose that option) and an encrypted password.
  • Your content: prompts to the generator, created stories, characters, and chat messages. This lets you return to them in your personal account.
  • Payments: amount, chosen plan, and payment status. We do not receive or store your bank card or account details — all payments are processed entirely by the payment provider.

3. Why we need it

  • so the site works: account login, GEM balance, history of stories and chats;
  • to protect against abuse: limits on free requests, protection from password guessing and spam;
  • to improve the service using anonymized visit statistics.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

4. Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies for account login and remembering your settings, as well as Yandex.Metrica web analytics, which collects anonymized visit data. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but then account login will not work.

5. Who else processes the data

  • payment provider: to process payments;
  • text, image, and audio narration generation services: they receive only the prompt text, without your email or name;
  • Yandex.Metrica: anonymized visit statistics.

6. Public content

By default, only you can see your stories and characters. If you choose to make a story or character public, other visitors will be able to see it. You can turn off public visibility at any time.

7. Storage and deletion

Your data is stored as long as your account exists. You can delete stories and characters from your personal account. To delete your account completely, contact us through the “Contact us” page. We will delete the account and all associated data, except payment records that we are legally required to keep.
