本サービスは成人の顔を1つ検出し、お客様の自撮り写真と照合します。そのため、写真には横顔や暗い背景、髪で隠れた顔ではなく、顔全体が写っている必要があります。顔の幅は約70ピクセル以上が目安で、実際には大きければ大きいほど精度が向上します。
Light decides
The best light is soft daylight from a window, in front or from the side. Avoid:
- harsh bright spots and deep shadows on the face;
- backlight, when you stand with your back to the window;

- coloured lamps that change your skin tone.
Angle and pose

Group photos will not work: the service refuses at once if there is more than one face. Crop the picture or pick another. Reflections in mirrors and people in the background are best removed, sometimes they count as a second face.
Ten-point checklist

Bad photos and why they fail
- Group selfie: several faces, instant refusal.
- Night flash shot: flat face and red eyes get reproduced as real features.
- Distant shot: the face is a few pixels and likeness is lost.

- Profile shot: one side is invisible and the network has to guess.
How to take a good shot in two minutes
- Face a window in daytime, about a metre away.

- Take three to five shots and keep the sharpest.
- Turn off the "beauty" mode.

Clothes, beard, glasses, makeup
Clothes on the photo hardly matter, because in the clip you can wear anything the description says. A plain background helps the network separate you from it. Beard and glasses are fine: upload how you normally look and take the selfie the same way. Bright makeup on the photo and none on the selfie can lower the match.
Why likeness is sometimes lower than expected
